I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness

This means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.

My approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, I work with my client to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun, energized, and rewarding. We operate in a judgment-free and guilt-free zone and focus on establishing the right habits and making practical changes.

Together we’ll work to reach your health goals in areas such as achieving optimal weight, reducing food cravings, increasing sleep, and maximizing energy. As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance and health.

Intrigued but need to know more about EXACTLY how this works? 

Location:  The majority of my client sessions are on Skype, but phone and in-person sessions are also offered. I would love to see your fabulous face in person, but sometimes scheduling and long distance keeps that from happening!

Timing: Minimum time commitment is 3 months and the ideal commitment is 6+ months.  We have a lot to talk about and building healthy sustainable habits simply takes time.  This is an investment in YOU and your family!

Steps:

  1. Free 30 Minute Consultation – I offer a free 30 minute phone consultation to see if we are a good fit for each other.
  2. Fill Out Healthy History & Goals Forms – All forms must be completed and sent to me before we can begin.
  3. Introductory Session – Together we review your health history, current health status, and your goals.  I will provide a customized overview of the focus for our time together. 
  4. Follow up Sessions – 60 minute follow-up sessions occur every 2 weeks for a minimum of 6 sessions, or as long as they are needed.  Each session will be customized to set realistic goals to move forward in the healing process without deprivation or the feeling of being overwhelmed.  You will receive support and information regarding food and nutrition as well as lifestyle factors such as stress management, rest, daily movement, relationships and spirituality.

Health building takes time and commitment.
